10 February 1996 Unsterile ArtI saw a sculpture consisting of a baby boot suspended from an arc of five shoes stuffed into each other. I found it underneath a railroad trestle in the industrial part of the city. I wouldn't have looked twice at it in a gallery, but it seemed elegantly appropriate for its dark alcove.
