I work with Apple products, advise clients on buying them, teach them how to use them, and fix them when they don't work.

To paraphrase Winston Churchill, Apple’s computers and other products are the worst in the world, except for all the rest. I've been using Macs for twenty-five years, and I think they’re wonderful tools. But that doesn’t mean that they’re easy to use or always reliable.

Buying Macs

I can help you buy the right Mac for your needs, and get the best price.

Using

I use Macs to make music, films, graphics, photographs, Internet sites, and more. I can help you find the right tools for your needs, and teach you how to use them.

Music, iPods, and iPhones

I can help you organize your music library and synchronize it with your iPod and/or iPhone, along with an address book, calendar, and lots use useful applications.

Repairs and maintenance

I can usually solve technical problems. More importantly, I can help you with a backup plan so when your computer dies—and some day it will—you won't lose your work and data.

What I don't do

I don't know a thing about Windows computers.

Let’s talk
