To the curators:
    This electronic transmission is my submission to The International Open Competition and Exhibition.
    I will not pay the 8,000 yen entry fee. Administrators exist to support artists, not the reverse. With that in mind, my artwork submitted consists of the following proposal:
    "Upon being awarded a cash prize for The International Open Competition and Exhibition of The Council for the International Biennale in Nagoya, I will give twenty percent of the award to the administrator responsible for granting the award."
    Upon acknowledgment of the granting of my award I will fly to Japan to personally present the administrator's fee in person.
    In cash.
